About

New to kundalini yoga? Does a full yoga practice feel too intimidating? If you need a slower pace and gentler approach, this course is for you. I will provide you with all the information you need to know before you begin, and then we will embark on a small journey through the basic concepts of yoga. We will talk about the breath, the structure of a yoga practice; we will learn fundamental yogic techniques and experience a few beginner-friendly practices. In short, everything you need to get going.
