SGP Yoga will never share your personal information with any 3rd parties. Any information we collect will solely be used by us to tailor the SGP Yoga platform to you and improve the quality of service we provide.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Website. The term "Website" refers collectively to two main components of our online presence:

Public Website: The publicly accessible part of our Website, viewable by all visitors. This includes informational pages, promotional content, and any other material accessible at https://www.sgpyoga.co/ and any of its subdomains and folders without the need for registration or subscription.

‍Member Area: The restricted, user-specific part of our Website, accessible only to registered and subscribing members. This part shares the same URL as the public website, but it gives access to unique features upon logging-in by subscribing members. The Member Area offers personalized content, course materials, student groups, and other exclusive resources for our members and those with temporary access to specific services. 

 

This Privacy Policy applies to the entire Website, encompassing both the Public Website and the Member Area. Where specific terms or conditions apply uniquely to either the Public Website or the Member Area, such distinctions will be clearly stated.

This Policy does not address information obtained from other sources such as submissions by mail, phone or other devices or from personal contact. By using or accessing the Website and/or providing information on the Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of certain information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected on Our Website
If you merely download material or browse through the Website, our servers may automatically collect certain information from you which may include: (a) the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; (b) the browser software you use and your operating system; (c) the Internet address of the website from which you linked to the Website; (d) the type of device you used to access the Website; and (e) whether you have accessed the Website via a web browser or one of our mobile apps. We also reserve ourselves the right to monitor your usage of the Website - through our own or third party tools - in order to evaluate user experience, and thus improve the quality of our services. The information we automatically collect may be used to improve the Website or Affiliates’ websites to make them as useful as possible for our visitors; however, such information will not be tied to the personal information you choose to provide to us.

If you do not want to receive promotional information or material, please send an email with your name, mailing address and email address to team@sgpyoga.co with the subject line “End Marketing Communications”. Alternatively, you may “Unsubscribe” using the relevant link from any medium of communication (Email, Messaging, etc.) When we receive your request, we may take reasonable steps to remove your name from such lists. Please note that this does not apply to business-critical emails; if you are an SGP Yoga subscriber you will still receive invoices or payment notifications, even after having unsubscribed from our promotional mailing list.

‍You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by contacting us. To do so, please send an email with your name, mailing address and email address to team@sgpyoga.co with the subject line “End Communications”. Alternatively, you may “Unsubscribe” using the relevant link from any medium of communication (Email, Messaging, etc.). Again, you will still receive business- or account-critical emails if you are a paying subscriber.

You can do the following by contacting us via the email address above or phone number given on the Website: (a) see what data we have about you, if any; (b) change/correct any data we have about you (c) have us delete any data we have about you (d) express any concern you have about our use of your data.

In addition, we do not collect sensitive data within our own servers but through 3rd party vendors. Your authentication information is securely stored, and your credit card information is solely routed to our PCI Level 3 compliant payment provider - Stripe Inc. No payment information touches SGP Yoga’s internal servers at any point in time.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also make reasonable efforts to protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. We take reasonable efforts to require that any third party provider we contract stores personally identifiable information in a secure environment.
