General Terms
§1 Welcome to www.sgpyoga.co, a website belonging to SAT GUR PRASAAD YOGA LLC, hereinafter referred to as “SGP Yoga” or “we”. By using the website, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service outlined below, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms, you may not access or use the website.
§2 SGP Yoga provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access pre-recorded lessons, courses, and live online classes, streamed over the Internet to certain Internet-connected TVs, computers, mobile phones, and other devices.
§3 Under no circumstances shall SGP Yoga be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the materials on the website, including but not limited to physical injury, mental trauma, or any kind of worsening of one’s health condition. All the physical activities you undertake as part of following our courses and/or classes, you undertake on your own responsibility.
§4 We reserve the rights to make changes to our website & products, and to modify these Terms, at any time at our sole discretion. If you violate any of these Terms, we reserve the right to delete or block access to your account without giving notice.
§5 Personally identifying information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Definitions and key terms
To provide further clarification, every time any of these terms are referenced in this document, they are strictly defined as:

SGP Yoga: when these terms mention “SGP Yoga,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to SAT GUR PRASAAD YOGA LLC, (5830 E 2ND STREET, STE 7000 #10756, CASPER, WYOMING 82609, UNITED STATES)

Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit SGP Yoga and use the Services.

Service: refers to the services provided by SGP Yoga, such as but not limited to video courses or online classes

Product: refers to the products offered by SGP Yoga, such as but not limited to subscription plans that include access to various Services

You: a person or entity that is registered with SGP Yoga to use the Services.
Membership
§1 Your SGP Yoga membership will continue and automatically renew until terminated. To use our services, you must have Internet access, a compatible device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time and which may include payment through your account with a third party. You must cancel your membership before it renews in order to avoid billing of the membership fees for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method.
§2 We may offer a number of membership plans, including special promotional plans or memberships offered by third parties in conjunction with the provision of their own products and services. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by such third parties. Some membership plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which will be disclosed at your sign-up or in other communications made available to you.
Free Trials
§1 Your SGP Yoga membership may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your membership will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new and certain former members to try the service.
§2 Free trial eligibility is determined by SGP Yoga at its sole discretion, and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial and put your account on hold in the event that we determine that you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent SGP Yoga membership are not eligible. We may use information such as device ID, method of payment or an account email address used with an existing or recent SGP Yoga membership to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
§3 We will charge the membership fee for your next billing cycle to your Payment Method at the end of the free trial period and your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel your membership prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the applicable membership price and end date of your free trial period, log into the Member Area through a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer, and navigate to the “My Subscriptions” tab.
Billing and Cancellation
§1 Billing Cycle.
The membership fee for the SGP Yoga service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on "My Subscriptions" tab in the Member Area. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you sign up for the service. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Log into the Member Area through a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer to see your next payment date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.
§2 Payment Methods.
To use the SGP Yoga service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
§3 Updating your Payment Methods.
You can update your Payment Methods by going to the Member Area. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
§4 Cancellation.
You can cancel your SGP Yoga membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the SGP Yoga service through the end of your billing period. To cancel, go to the "My Subscriptions" tab in the Member Area on our website and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up for SGP Yoga using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your SGP Yoga membership, you may need to do so through that third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the SGP Yoga service through that third party. You may also find billing information about your SGP Yoga membership by visiting your account with the applicable third party.
§5 Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will take effect following notice to you.
§6 No Refunds.
Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period. At any time and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our members ("credits"). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
Copyright and Trademark Information
§1 SGP Yoga makes available to you the Website for you to gain information about and access to the Products. You are solely responsible for the information you provide to the Website and for the Products you select. The content on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, videos and software (the “Content”) as well as the compilation of the Content and the ‘look and feel’ of the Website is the property of SGP Yoga and/or its Affiliates or other content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Website, the Content, the compilation of the Content or the “look and feel’ of the Website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, published, visited or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of SGP Yoga.
§2 In the event you upload any content, including without limitation photographs, data, videos or software, to this Website, you hereby (i) represent and warrant to SGP Yoga and its Affiliates that you have all rights necessary to upload such content; (ii) agree to indemnify SGP Yoga and its Affiliates for any third party infringement claims related thereto; and (iii) grant to SGP Yoga a perpetual non-cancellable license to use such uploaded content for any purposes in any media now existing or hereafter developed.
License for Your Use
§1 For any period of time that you use the Website and abide by the Terms, SGP Yoga grants to you a limited, revocable and nonexclusive license to access the Website for your use but not to copy, download or modify in any respect the Website or its Content or the Products, or any portion thereof, except with the explicit written consent of SGP Yoga. You may not utilize framing to enclose any trademark, logo, Content or other proprietary information contained on the Website without the express written consent of SGP Yoga. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing SGP Yoga or its Affiliates’ names or trademarks without the express written consent of SGP Yoga.
§2 You agree to use the Website and the Products only for lawful purposes, and you acknowledge that your failure to do so may subject you to civil or criminal liability. You agree not to disrupt, modify, or interfere with the Website, the Products or associated software, hardware and servers in any way and you agree not to impede or interfere with others’ access to and/or use of the Website. You further agree not to alter or tamper with any information or materials on or associated with the Website or the Products that you have not entered.
§3 Any unauthorized use or violation of the Terms automatically terminates the license granted by SGP Yoga to access and use the Website and the Products.

The Website may provide links or references to third parties or third party websites or applications. SGP Yoga is not responsible for any information you choose to provide to those third parties or third party websites or applications; any information, products or services you acquire from those third parties or third party websites or applications; or any damages arising from your access to or use of such information, services or products or such third party websites or applications. Any links are provided as a convenience to the visitors of the Website and any inclusion of any such links in the Website does not imply an endorsement or warranty of the third parties or third party websites or applications or their security, content, products, offerings or services. Applicable Law
By accessing and visiting the Website, you agree that the Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, without regard to principles of conflict of law.
Arbitration
YOU AND ALL PARTIES TO THE TERMS AGREE TO ARBITRATE ANY CLAIM, DISPUTE, OR CONTROVERSY, INCLUDING ALL STATUTORY CLAIMS AND ANY STATE OR FEDERAL CLAIMS, THAT MAY ARISE OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, CONTENT AND/OR PRODUCTS. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND ALL PARTIES UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU AND THEY ARE WAIVING YOUR AND THEIR RIGHTS TO MAINTAIN OTHER AVAILABLE RESOLUTION PROCESSES, SUCH AS A COURT ACTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING, TO SETTLE YOUR OR THEIR DISPUTES.
Notification of Claims of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any user-submitted information or other content or software on the Website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
